    I will never go back to this place and am still having trouble with my hair because of what they've done to me even it was like 18 months ago!! I got Groupon deal for Shiseido straightening. Yes it was cheap (If you only ask the straightening service) and I did ask the woman to cut part of my hair shorter so it would look like I have bob style if I tie my (long part) hair. The result was just horrible and had no idea what exactly happened to my hair couple of months later. Back part of my hair got really bad damage so that they were/are awfully curly. Also the length of my hair was/is all different so part of my hair is still only shoulder length after 1 year and half later! Yes I asked to cut my hair like bob style but all hair stylist I have met afterwards said 'This is terrible cut.' and the lady who cut my hair should have had consulting. Once you damage your hair or cut your hair, it won't be fixed until you wait forever and all hair professionals should know that.
